Jamaican music comes from a melting pot of musical styles such as mento, rocksteady, ska, reggae and dancehall. Thanks to the dedicated instructors at the school, we learn specifically about dancehall reggae songs with some hip-hop elements added to the mix. Surprisingly to some, Bobsleigh in Jamaica is a pretty big deal, and training for the Olympics is a serious, full-time job for every member of the team. We were completely wiped from a single day of training, but these guys do their intense bobsled program six days a week, six hours a day! Watch the video to see what it takes to be an Olympian.
